Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Hedgehog. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our subscription plans.

1. Free Trial

Hedgehog offers a free tier with 50 messages so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing. We encourage you to try the free tier first to make sure Hedgehog meets your needs.

2. Subscription Refunds

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or any renewal payment.

To request a refund:

  • Email us at info@ideadlt.com with your account email and reason for the refund
  • Or contact Paddle support directly through the receipt email you received at purchase

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account reverts to the free tier after the billing period ends
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your local data (knowledge vault, settings) remains on your device

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the charge

5. Price Changes

If we increase subscription prices, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the next billing cycle. The price change does not affect your current billing period.
