By downloading, installing, or using Hedgehog ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Hedgehog is operated by IdeaDLT ("we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietorship registered in Israel, trading as Hedgehog AI. Our registered address is Bat Hen 4, Haifa 32000, Israel. The Service consists of a Chrome browser extension, a local companion application, and cloud infrastructure for AI processing.
Hedgehog is a personal AI assistant that runs in your browser. It can see your active page content, perform autonomous tasks in background tabs, generate content, and store information in a local knowledge vault. The Service uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic's Claude) to process your requests.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider, Paddle.com ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Hedgehog provides image and video generation capabilities powered by third-party AI models. You are solely responsible for all content you generate. The following uses of AI content generation are strictly prohibited:
We actively monitor for policy violations and will suspend accounts that breach these rules. AI-generated content is also subject to the content policies of our upstream AI providers.
The Service, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by IdeaDLT and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Content you create using the Service belongs to you. You grant us no rights over your content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. Your local knowledge vault data remains on your device and under your control.
The Service uses AI models to generate responses and content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any AI-generated content. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
Hedgehog processes most data locally on your device. When you send a message, the relevant context is transmitted to our servers for AI processing and then to third-party AI providers. We do not store the content of your conversations on our servers beyond what is needed for real-time processing.
The Service relies on third-party providers including Anthropic (AI models) and Paddle (payments). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IdeaDLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IdeaDLT from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
